Northern Rivers Under 14 Male Pathway Squad

Initiated in season 2005/06 after superseding the Under 15 program, nominations are received from Associations and trials held in March from which a squad of approximately 25 is selected to participate in a two-day coaching program during the September school holidays. The squad then takes part in a number of net sessions and trial games through October and November, which includes the Lightfoot/Sherwill Shield carnival.

From the above sessions and also considering the players performances at Club and Association level, a squad of 13 is selected to represent the Region at the Commonwealth Bank Under 14 Sate Championships during January.
